Returns

BalloonCrate.com Return Policy:

We will accept returns on authorized items, that are unopened/unused party supplies, and balloons. For this you will need an RAN. Please note that any items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee unless notified otherwise. 

Amount refunded will be for the items returned at current online price. Shipping expense is NOT included in refund. 


Defective Product or Late Order:

If an order contains a defective product, or arrived late please contact (844) 72-CRATE to speak to a customer representative, we would be more than happy to provide a return label for the items to be returned. Once items are received we will issue a refund a partial/full refund INCLUDING shipping.


How to request a Return  Authorization  Number  (RAN)
  1. Login pnto your account in the 'My Account' section.
  2. In the Track Your Recent Orders section, click on the View Details link for the order you would like to initiate the RMA for.
  3. Once in the order,  click on the "Add New RMA" button.
  4. Choose the number of items they want to return in the Order Items section.
  5. In the Order Return Options section, choose the Reason and Method for the return.
  6. Finally, add comments in the Comments section. This is optional on your part, but these comments will be visible to us. Once done, click Save RMA and en email will be sent to both you and us.
Processing for Refund:
Once we receive the items back, we will initiate a refund. Depending on your bank this may take (1-3) business days.
